What's in each SweetOrganicBox?

Every SweetOrganicBox includes 8-12 organic items such as snack, coffee, tea, candy, cookies, and much more sweet surprises.



When I receive my SweetOrganicBox?


Your SweetOrganicBox will be shipped in the first week of each month. 1st of each month is our cutoff date. All subscribers who signed up in current month will receive the box in the first week of the following month. Example: if you subscribe in January (any time between 1st and 31st), you will receive your first February box in the beginning of February. As soon as we ship your box, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Where do you ship to?


We ship to most countries. Free shipping inside of US, $20 to Canada, and $35 to other countries.


When will I be re-billed?


We charge your debit/credit card once a month, on the 11th for the next month box.


How can I change my account information?


After you login to your account with your email and password you will have ability to change any details of your account.


What should I do if I have not received the SweetOrganicBox.


Email us immediately at support@sweetorganicbox.com and we will figure it out.


How can I cancel my subscription?


It's easy to cancel anytime. If you'd like to skip a month, just sign into your account above, click "Edit" and choose "Skip Next Renewal". To cancel your subscription, please send us an email at support@sweetorganicbox.com and we'll cancel your subscription right away!
